The Friends of the MDR Children's Choir Association promotes, in accordance with its statutes and within the meaning of Sections 51 et seq. of the German Fiscal Code (AO), exclusively and directly charitable purposes in the field of art and culture (Section 52 Paragraph 2 Sentence 1 No. 5 AO).


According to current regulations, the association may issue donation receipts until June 2nd, 2026.

The association automatically issues a donation receipt in accordance with § 50 para. 1 of the German Income Tax Ordinance (EstDV).
